Finally! A case has been filed...

An insider from an RTC told me that a case had already been filed.  The criminal case against him:  falsification of documents and bouncing checques - arraignment was held last August and 1st.

I am sure the hearing has commenced.

UPDATE:  The case was filed at the Makati RTC.

  5. why is Angelo in Singapore? he should not be allowed outside of the Philippines if he has an ongoing court hearing. Can the authorities be MADE aware of this? Pretty soon he will get away. And guess who will suffer... his family. They will be receiving those " Court orders". Angelo has no sentiment for his Family. Is that not obvious from the way he makes his "dad" take care of everything...

  6. There can only be two possibilities. Either he is still in Manila or there is no case that has been filed against him.

  7. I can assure you that a case was filed, mediation was held early this week and the last one next week, at the Makati RTC.

For those asking re: the hold departure order...

The court can’t issue a hold-departure order (HDO), even if a criminal case under B.P. 22 is filed. All violations of the Bouncing Checks Law, regardless of the amount involved, are filed only with the municipal/metropolitan trial courts. These courts cannot issue an HDO.

  8. sorry to burst your bubble but there is a case filed against angelo. not like angelo who fabricates stories for his own advantage this one is very true.you could go to the makati rtc and check it out yourself. the difference being descent people are the ones filing a case so there is respect of law.

  14. Oh let me re-phrase it... since Angelo's dad is already down the drain, his boss advanced the money just to bail out Angelo from the case.
